Hardware question

Wed Dec 24, 2008 6:36 pm

Merry Christmass !!!
I have had some of my MT routers lock up and need a restart (unplug and replug) to get restarted. No problem if Im in town, a huge pain in the ass if Im out of town and have to drive 8 hours to unplug the device. Is there any device that I can either program to do it like the watchdog (when it looses contact to the internet it restarts the MT router) or call by phone?

We use http://www.digital-loggers.com/lpc.html
We can cycle via a webpage or it also comes with autoping. If the ip does not ping after x minutes it cycles the power on the unit.

We have had real good luck with our units (8 in the field) but have seen some others complain about em.
