Here is my problem when i set up my hotspot everything works perfectly. My hotspot network is 10.10... type but i need to have access to 192.168.... when I remove some filter rules it appears to have access to the 192.168... network but the hotspot doesn't work without this filter rule. Do anybody know hot to set up the hotspot to have access to certain network without stop working???

I think I may have an answer. If you are trying to get through the hotspot interface to an ap or server behind the hotspot, you need to bypass the mac or ip of that device, or the hotspot blocks any replies.
/ip hotspot ip-binding
add mac-address=xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx type=bypassed
or
add address=192.168.x.x type=bypassed
