Quee Tree for each IP

Im trying to apply queue tree to 3 different kinds of traffics. I mangle by address list to limit the traffic by packets.

Queue Tree limit the hole network so If I create a queue tree rule it would apply to 192.168.0.0/24. I need to apply the queue tree for each ip (192.168.0.0/32) Is this possible?

PCQ as it was posted in here http://forum.mikrotik.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=30155 didnt work.

Is it possible to limit by queue type default and limit each IP with a single queue tree rule? (both actually, dw and up)

Basically htb it's works with global chains, by what it is impeded to work with a especially address. It would be possible, alone using a mark for every direction.

I have 250 simple queue rules to limit traffic, 1 parent and 3 children (http, p2p, other) for each IP address in my network.

The downside is that the last rule should pass all the other 249 rules to work so I was hopeing to learn how to do the same with queue tree.
Now I use mangle so mark the 3 packets above, http, p2p, other for do this kind of limit

Is it possible to do this with queue tree by marking in mangle by src address list and then used this marked packets in queue tree to limit bandwidth?
