when adding pptp-client with domain-name, the name is being resolved into IP address. so you need to setup DNS in /ip dns

if you need to use domain name due to changing IP address of the pptp server, you should setup scheduler to run script which will be resolving text name to ip address and changing your pptp client

p.s. ask definite questions - you will receive definite answers. the answer to the question 'are we alive?' is 'yes', nothing more
