As of this post, I don't think there exists one. Version 3.x is still in progress. Feature requests for v3:

there is a start to the feature requests, some others were also posted as seperate threads in the RouterOS BETA category.

As for official, announced, voted etc... I don't think so, but throughout those threads you will find some responses from MikroTik dev's that those particular features will be included.

i hope that includes gps/timing sync normis.

also i hear that the atheros irq's on the mini-pci's can be used for polling rather than the cpu, might be worth looking to see if you can offload some of the resources consumed by nstreme onto the atheros chip!
