Access to bonded routerboards

Hi TikPeople!
I have bonded two routerboards:
--------- RB433AH

eth2
|
RB1000----
|
eth3
|
--------- RB433AH
bonding interface: slaves=eth2,eth3 mode=balance-rr
From RB1000 I can't access to RB433AH (telnet,mac-telnet,etc..)
If I disable bonding I can access to RB433AH but I need to access RB433AH with bonding enabled.
