Ipsec Tunnel

Hi all,
I am trying to make an ipsec tunnel with mikrotik and Cisco router with certificate.
The certificate server is a Microsoft ca. Is it possible? Is there any documentation on this?
Is it possible to enroll a certificate from Microsoft ca to use on mikrotik for ipsec identity?
I tried it version 3.27 with pre-shared key and it is working. When I tried to do is with certificate, I managed to make a certificate request and sent it to the Microsoft ca server. Then I put on the mikrotik the certificate I get from the ca and imported it. But I cannot make a tunnel to cisco. Other machines, not mikrotik, are able to make the tunnel to the same cisco router.
What am I doing wrong?
