Max PPPoE Session

Hi
how many pppoe sessions Mikrotik can support suppose that we use mikrotik as pppoe server?
i want to know about its dependencies for example on rb 1000 or just router board software on ordinary PC with 3 GHZ CPU and 2 GB of RAM.

We have PowerRouter 732s running 3000+ PPPoE Sessions, and 2282s with over 9k..

We have PowerRouter 732s running 3000+ PPPoE Sessions, and 2282s with over 9k..
are these router OS same as rb's? i mean configurable via winbox and command syntax are the same?
and how about router board software installed on ordinary PC?

They run RouterOS without issues! http://www.mikrotikrouter.com. I have also done quite a few, around 800 on a RB1000... Its also important to note that standard PC hardware is sometimes not the same, as you have changes in drivers, PCI Buss limitations, etc. So, hard to say.
