*) fixed etherboot on RB493;
*) fixed occasional lockup of kernel image loading on RB400 series;
*) added disable UART feature;

*) fixed memory issue on RB600;

What's new in 2.16:

*) fixed bug - boot from NAND on RB532A could fail (bug introduced in 2.13);
*) fixed bug - etherboot on RB433/RB450 at 10Mbit did not work;

What are the changes in the firmware 2.24 for the RB800?
Why can not you write changelog as it was before? To file http://www.routerboard.com/files/rb-2.24/CHANGELOG?

All firmware updates are integrated into the software. Upgrade RouterOS to v4.5 and then type "/system routerboard upgrade". It will then update to the latest version that's available for your board model. NOTE: different boards have different versions. For some v2.23 is the latest version.

I just wanted to firmware 2.25 for the platform mipsbe. But I do not yet upgraded to 4.x. On routerboard.com is so far only firmware 2.23.

if it's not on the webpage (routerboard.com) then there is no newer version for your model.

Now that is very cool - just remember that you have to remove all previous copies from files before or it will only recognize those.

All mipsbe version offers only 2.29

it means there is no newer version available, apparently there was a mistake previously. only PPC has v2.30

as you can see from previous changelog lines, the changes are not important for existing users about 98% of the time. the changes usually add support for new products. v2.32 has no changes that I can reveal
