Transparent proxy with mutliple IPs?

Tue Jan 26, 2010 3:28 am

All of our customers have public IPs
We want to provide transparent proxy, but when we do this all sites show up as IP of our router, not customer public IP
Is it possible to have customer public IP show up, and still use transparent caching proxy?
I don't think so, but maybe I am wrong?

It's possible with a linux proxy but not with mikrotik's. It would be a nice addition, in fact, this is number one reason why we don't use MT proxy.

yep, use Squid for proxying, and RouterOS for routing =)
