Need Routing support pleas help

Hi,

First of all i appreciate the support who are giving to the users who are really in trouble, Here is the senario of my network

Iam having a server which is required to server some resources to LAN user 10.10.3.1/24, but the server is located in the another location having 192.168.X.X network Ip icant change the users ip pool and i cant change the ip of the server , i want the users are allowed to communicate with the server which is having the 192.168.X.X network address

Please help in routing the users Ip 10.10.3.1/24 network ip's to communicate with the server ip 192.168.X.X

iam not a professional please give the step by step config , thsnks

How about this: connect the server to your mikrotik and give that interface an available IP address in the same subnet as the server?

Depends on what you mean by "another location". If it's somewhere close and server can be directly connected to Mikrotik, then do as DeVerm writes. If the location is remote, accessible only over public internet, then the answer is called VPN. There are many types to choose from, depending on your needs and various circumstances.

server access is through fibre optic to my location i can connect it to the mikrotik another ethernet port and assign the ip which related to server network to tht interface but tell me the config how the 10.10.3.1/24 people will communicate i need the config please

ether 1 WAN
ether 2 server connected 192.168.1.1 is server ip and 192.168.1.2 is the ether2 interface ip

ether 3 LAN users 10.10.3.1/24

please tell me the config i have to do in the mikrotik to communicate between them

It's a router. It'll automatically know how to get to directly connected networks.
