License question *URGENT*

Hello guys, something happened to my router. Its in production hence urgent in the message title!.

I logged into my rb433 and it gave me this error!! see the print screen!

What do I do!? the rb is in production!!!

I already followed the instructions and nothing changed

You should contact support@mikrotik.com ASAP, as we forum users won't be able to help with license problems.

You should also probably start preparing a "plan-b", just in case.

Did the software ID change? If not, you should be able to find the license in your account on mikrotik.com. You can also ask your dealer or distributor for help.

Open a ticket with support@mikrotik.com right away so they can help before the license expires.

FYI As long as you keep it running, the time is expiring. If you can replace it and power it down, the timer will stop. It will continue counting down if booted up again.

Once it expires, you can run netinstall on it to get another 24 hours.
