ros 4.9

so what do people say about ros 3.9

so far i found it works for me with no problems i would like to upgrade my whole network

even the rb133c ad i di the labtest and it works fine not as fast as 2.9 was but it works

thay will be replace soo anyway

so what do other people say about v4.9 ros

4.9 works for us on the 3 routers we use it on :) I think its too soon to mass upgrade though! just my feelings

As far as wireless is concerned ROS 4.9 is better than 4.5 for Nstreme WDS. With 4.9 I get better CCQ, better startup (it does not seem to go through B before switching to G speeds) and no "excessive data loss" on links below 22dB SNR.

so far so good thnks but would like to here other comments like pptp firewall pppoe ospf etc thanks for the info

LOL, I was forced to upgrade all our equipment to 4.9 after 4.7 took two of our production boxes offline, and downgrading didn't solve the problem. FWIW, we have had no issues with 4.9, though we aren't doing anything terribly sophisticated with it: just bridging, WDS, VLAN, hotspot, nstreme-dual, and some minor scripting.
