you cant as USB wifi is a client device so it cant play a role of AP or use Ad-HOC peer to peer but i don't think you can connect RB with wifi USB but i am not sure about the same may be try to search google

USB WIFI can be used as a client as well as AP,
i have it running under XP...

Would be COOL to put your router on the ground and only the radio on the tower...
