IRQ sharing in x86

hi
will it be possible to add manual irq selection to ros like in windows so we can select the irq for the card in the x86 machines

thanks but how do you change the irq
we have now seen that r5h can share the same irq and work properly
we have also seen that r52hn can not share an irq with another card

does anybody have a solution for this problem

IRQ are assigned by BIOS afaik - try to change some settings there

i understand but why does the r52 and r5h share irq and work with no problems but when the r52hn share irq with another card the routeros reboot and must be reset by switching off the power

try to put them in different PCI clot and try to disable onboard features that you do not use (like soundcard)

IRQ are assigned by BIOS afaik - try to change some settings there
In modern systems/bioses the operating system may overcome most of bios features .

the problem is the r52hn cards dont want to share irq with another card
