With PPP interfaces you can use "a.b.c.d%interfaceName" - use PCC as everyone else is and use that notation in the routes.

yeah yeah i know i can do that but the problem is that i am in a different case than the examples given, because i pay for 2 pppoe client account and both 2 have the same gateway, this is why i need someone to help me, i heard that tp-link has a such router with dual wan and easily configurable just enter the connection details but i need this to work on mikrotik because it is better for me.

Right. So use the a.b.c.d%interface notation to route traffic through one of the the two PPPoE interfaces that go to the same gateway, choosing via PCC. PPPoE interfaces are point to point interfaces. They don't care about gateway IP addresses, it is a point to point connection. Traffic gets sent through the interface no matter what is on the other end. Maybe I'm missing something here but I don't see how that doesn't answer your question.

Or just use MLPPP if you can.

Use it as the gateway address when configuring the routes with the routing marks at the end of setting up PCC when following the wiki instructions.
