problem enable web proxy

i have used web proxy and had not any problem and i change nothing.
today suddenly web proxy get disabled and my actions are disapeared.
i cant enable it via winbox and also when i want to enable it form terminal i get this message:

[admin@er] > ip proxy set enabled=yes
action timed out - try again, if error continues contact MikroTik support and send a supout file (13)

here i also attach supout.rif.
could anybody tell me what happen?

Reboot the Mikrotik.
