Kindly help. How to telnet my RB750 from outside using a public ip ? What I need is to fix some issues remotely where ever I am.

My config is basic :

Ether1-WAN interface : 10.136.38.114
Ether2-LAN interface : 192.168.88.1
Ether3-PPPoE interface : 10.4.0.1
Ether4-HotSpot interface : 10.5.0.1

Firewall rules are set to block almost everything.

Everything is working fine. My ISP gave me a public IP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx mapped to 10.136.38.114 and I don't know how to make this working. I would like to telnet, to ftp and to access webbox.

Please help.

10.136.38.114 is not a public address, so you will not be able to reach it from remote locations.

also, I wouldn't suggest telnet, as it is usually cleartext. SSH would be much safer.

I have a public ip given to me by the ISP:

He says : 217.xxx.xx.xxx mapped to 10.140.38.114

10.140.38.114 is the current ip of my WAn port and the VSAT modem ip address is 10.140.38.114

What to do even to access remotely the RB750 using SSH
