Hi

Does anyone know if its possible to get the Vodafone K3570-z 3G modem working with the 411auh? Its the only modem I could get in this part of Rural norfolk at short notice, and I need to have a working solution for Monday. It does not show up when printing the USB config so I assume its not recognised but im sure it cant be that much different to any other USB 3g dongle.

Help!

Make sure you have tried the following,
- MikroTik RouterOS 5.0rc7 version is installed on your router;
- There is enough power for the 3G modem card (as UAHR needs additional power for the card);
- generate support output file,
http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Support_Output_File
send it to MikroTik support (support@mikrotik.com)

Good day,

Has anybody resolved this issue?
I am also not able to connect with this device.

I connected the K3570-Z device with version 5.2 on RB951H-2HnD - Not working...
I upgraded RB to ver 6.2 - Not working.. when connecting the device, the System resources shows the device in USB, but when adding the PPP client the port shows unknown.
I connected USB 3G Device K3772 and the PPP connection was automatically created. While this was online, I downloaded and upgraded the RB to Ver 6.4
Disabled PPP connection created automatically and removed K3772 modem.
Added K3570-Z to the RB and was able to selct usb1 when creating new PPP connection. Was not able to establish a connection however, as data port was not found. When checking the data port used was 0 and info port was 0 (Default) Perhaps this needs to be changed...

I cannot use K3772 as this is a loan device, and I need to use the device that I own which is the K3570-Z
Please advise
