Dear Mikrotik Dev Team,

My device have:

CPU: Intel Core i5-2400S 2.5Ghz Soket 1155
MB: INTEL DH67CF (OEM) LGA1155 <H67> PCI-E+DVI+HDMI+DP+GbLAN SATA RAID Mini-ITX 2DDR-III
Additional Network Adapter: Intel <E1G42ET> Gigabit Adapter Dual Port (OEM) PCI-E x4 10/100/1000Mbps

I am in real big trouble. My new installed device has very strange behavior...
- integrated lan is not detected. Very bad for me
- After i am issued interface print stats - than interface is going down. After some time - it come up again. Winbox - connected, but if I go to interfaces menu - active interface go down again.
- Some other system cli commands turn interfaces down, for example - cpu information

Some addition detail: integrated lan chip is Intel 82579V.

Another news: after i turn off "Multi CPU" - the system goes without interface resets, but only pcie card. Integrated card - still not detected.

Do not use "latest" hardware.
No chance ... At least now.

а чем тебя 7-я и 5-я RC версии не устраивают ?? там все теже драйвера, но работают они месяцами без проблем

Пробовал и 5 и 7 - теже грабли, если использовать указанное железо. При этом, на Core2Duo+chipset X58 - все нормально.

Пробовал и 5 и 7 - теже грабли, если использовать указанное железо. При этом, на Core2Duo+chipset X58 - все нормально.

Я же написал - нет смысла ожидать поддержки самого нового хардваре (CPU: Intel Core i5 и соответственно motherboard + LAN к нему).
Я наступил на те-же грабли год назад. Купив "не ту" сетевую карту за 500$.
На вопросы (почти годназад) когда-же выйдет стабильная версия - был ответ "как-только так сразу".

В результате уже почти год жду пока 5-ка станет стабильной.

Поэтому - не наступайте на мои грабли - Юзайте 4.16 и железо, которое его поддерживает.

ага, и при трафике в 1 гигабит 4.16 версия загнется уже на 300 мегабитах.. Может всетаки ковыряние в биосе даст результат. Нужно попробовать разные варианты..

Да как-то не хотелось бы отключать встроенную сетевую. И особенно я горюю, что пришлось отключить многоядерность... просто катастрофа... Даже не знаю что и делать-то...

After upgrade from 5.0rc5 to 5.0rc8, I don't see interfaces in winbox, first time I was able to see them via ssh, but now I cannot see them. Some interfaces still works, some doesn't.

I recived 5.0rc9 preview, same thing + now IP protocol doesn't work =(

what you mean by that? IP is OSI layer 3, if it is not working anything else is not working on upper layers for example, ICMP, TCP, UDP

Oh... Thanks. But as I said before - multicore - is not possible on rc8 and Core i5+H67. Maybe Mikrotik developers help me...

ну например 100 правил в mangle цепочке и 10 в nat и 1000 в роутинге + 300 мегабит трафика - и тебе обеспечена загрузка процессора 50% (если двухядерный проц), так как в версия до 5.х многопроцесорность не работает.

Multicore is working for now... but i have no load tests on this chipset. On board Ethernet is not supported.
