I bought two new 433AH boards from a well known supplier that I have been dealing with for years. I received my last order and both boards had damaged lock arms for the radio cards. One was beyond repair and the other I managed to bend into position so that I could use it. I really would have preferred to return both units but I desperately needed it at one of my sites. However both boards failed to update license keys. I contacted my supplier and he said I would need to contact Mikrotik for a new key. Is this the usual path or should the vendor take the responsibility for this?
