Guests not welcome can be seen only in the leases !!!

When removed, they return quickly
Even in the list of ip scan does not find them

So they still have an active DHCP lease (the lease period hasn't expired), but they are no longer seen by the Hotspot. I don't understand what your question is.
Specific answers require specific questions. When in doubt, post the output of "/ip address print detail", "/ip route print detail", "/interface print detail", "/ip firewall export", and an accurate network diagram.

no no
they are working in my network... i see that in torch ....

they are working in my network but the router cant see them at all !!!!

99% from them connecting from iphon + ipad+ blackberry + anroid , i guess there are some new program in that new smart phone can hack any network .

i see many port they working on it ... i have screenshot

Look at that screenshot. That is showing IPv6 traffic. IPv6 traffic is invisible to Hotspots, they only process IPv4. If you want to avoid that turn off IPv6 on the router, or at least on that interface.

Traffic to UDP/5355 is LLMNR:

If you don't have IPv6 enabled then that traffic isn't going anywhere. No one is "hacking your network" from their phones.
