What do you mean by "save after adjust"?

It doesn't save when I correct the time and date (adjustment of time and date), my mikrotik time and date is not correct I'm changing it but it doesn't save after reboot. I hope you understand this time ?

use SNTP/NTP client to syncronize the time. RouterBoards do not have a battery so time is reset each restart

Correct thanks, how to do that ? I enabled SNTP and what address should I provide to primary NTP and secondary NTP ?

You can get the addresses from: http://www.pool.ntp.org/ for your location.

This is what I did simplified from one of the examples on the wiki. http://forum.mikrotik.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=53441

The script is scheduled to run once a day and pick a new primary and secondary NTP server from the pool. Of course if your site already has a local NTP server you can just point at that.
