limit all torrent downloads

hi
i want to detect all torrent downloads and limit data rate for them
how could i do that ?

buy Cisco SCE - this solve all the problems with torrents and others ...

Is it available to intercept and detect torrents that are using encrypted streams?

I think the OP asked for a Mikrotik/RouterOS based solution, so what't the point in suggesting $$$ products?

I have the same question... an apartment complex where we provide Wifi; getting copyright notices from the ISP, so need to block P2P/Torrent downloads.
