1 thing i like about cisco
if you config something and you know there is a possibility you can screw up your connection to the router... you put in a reload in 10
you config the stuff.... if it works you say wri mem and stop the reload
if it doesn't work and your connection is fucked. you just wait until the router is rebooted and you have your old config back.
and start over again.
i would like to see this in MT also. i had a few routers kick me out with no other possiblity then to go there put a console cable on it and fix it.
it would be nice if we always have save our config changes. and if it reboots it reads the config file. so this way you can test everything you want.
but if you don't write to the config file.... it reboots in the old config that works.
