I have had a comment from one of my hotels that they are worried as we are not using Nomadix as they just sued HP for their patents which include ''plug-and-play, home-page redirection, zero-configuration proxy service, and automated billing via seamless integration between the gateway and a hotel’s property management systems.''
The hotspot would use home page redirection and we have also built an application for integration between the hotels PMS.

Does anyone know if Mikrotik is infringing on Nomadix patents by using Hotspot?
