ROS 6.0, RB133 and message failed to enable watchdog timer

Tue May 21, 2013 11:35 am

HI,

I am just testing ROS 6.0 on RB133 and when I try to enable Watchdog I am getting message "failed to enable watchdog timer":

--
system watchdog> set watch-address=1.2.3.4
failed to enable watchdog timer

--

The same occurs via Winbox when I enter IP address.

What does it mean?

i tried RB532A, RB192 and the winbox reported the same problem when I entered IP address into watchdog settings. So you are right entire MIPSLE platform is affected.

NOte: when the watchdog IP is filled in before upgrade to the ROS6.0 the ping watchdog works. But it isn't possible to change the IP address
