13:38 - I'm opening Support ticket
13:40 - Automatic reply received
13:51 - Getting reply from support team: "Currently you cannot do that... We will consider... in future..."
14:39 - I had a late lunch, asking for possible workaround
15:15 - "We added <...>. Next v6.3 will have this feature."
Summing up: 11 + 36 = 47 minutes to add a feature, very small but useful for some people. =)
