Mikrotik's mail server on the blink?

I just sent two RMA/Exchange requests from two separate email accounts, flagging both delivery success and receipt acknowledgement. I really would like to get this RB replaced soonest.

Please clarify what you mean? You just sent two emails, and what didn't happen as expected?
If you are not an official distributor, you should email your distributor instead. MikroTik doesn't process end user RMA.
