When disabling a connected PPPoE client, the status stays at 'Terminating... administrator requests', but not 'disabled'.
Disabling a not actived dial-on-demand PPPoE client, the status goes 'disabled'.

I use a script to detect pppoe real status, (it has a delay between disabled and disconnected),
it works on 5.26 because the status will be 'disabled' after the pppoe is disabled.
Now my script is not working any more on v6.5.
