we have 3 local routerboards in building, 1 is gateway and DHCP server, other 2 are switches, I want to ask, what is the best setup to be able to manage them from WAN? In switch mode they dont have IP, but it should be best performance.

Second question is important.
We have server and client PC in one of switches, when client start downloading big files from server, clients connected to this miktorik switch, have troubles with LAN and WAN access. RDP, instant messengers or Winbox to gateway and others services start disconnecting and connecting.
