EOIP Ping Time Problem

Mon Dec 09, 2013 10:26 am

Hi

I have 2 mikrotik router (router A and router B).
Between these 2 routers, I have 3 wireless links. I created an EOIP tunnel between router A and router B.
The latency between router A ip address and router B ip address is always under 10 ms, but sometimes the latency between EOIP tunnel A and EOIP tunnel B is up to 600 ms.
Does anyone know what is the problem?

Regards

The wireless links are always OK.
I think it is a popular problem with mikrotik EOIP tunnels.

Not noticed this. EOIP needs some CPU. Maybe your routers are to busy/slow?

What kind of wireless link are you using?
