Is stupid complain about the problems of a product, if not then you update it and not even contact technical support for help discovering where is the problem.

And also MikroTik can actually fire the director of staff of Quality Assurance (if have one) and hire another person. [See macroscopic BUG like alignment of fileds on the last version of .dll for WinBox]
[Or probably he must hire at least one person for Quality Assurrance...]
