There are 3 Load Balance method:
ECMP
Nth
PCC
I think for 2 (or more) internet wan link PCC is best choice.

pcc would be your best bet....try looking for mikrotik pcc examples... google is your friend. you can have a look at https://www.google.co.za/url?sa=t&rct=j ... 8703,d.ZGU he has a good system and i use parts of it.

PCC can sometimes be difficult to control and sometimes breaks secure https sites.
I recommend creating two lan or subnets and assign them their own gateway wan.
