users, and access to services

Hi, I wan't to make access to few people to MT (FTP) but, not via winbox and so on...
They mey have a accress only to FTP.

Hov to make it, couse in winbox i see only (users ->group :read
write
full)

ex.

user : folder:

Gabrysia --> Gabrysia


Adn this user have only access to her folder ?!

You can´t do that... RouterOS it´s a router... not a file server..
