Radius / Hotspot / Contentfiltering

Wed Jun 11, 2014 5:18 pm

Hello everybody,

we are currently evaluating solution to the problem: How do we selectively enforce contentfiltering on our hotspot user

Is a selective enforcement possible and how?

Is a scenario feasible in which the radius server passes either a fixed IP or a pool to the router in order to be able to later route the traffic from that pool or IP address through a specific interface that in turn gets routed to our datacenter where the contenfilter would be applied to the datastream.

Best regards

Hello,

would it perhaps be better to set up a squid http proxy & SquidGuard behind the MikroTik router!?
Kindly regards
