I am measuring the LAN's speed with file transfer (with SCP). I need to know what is a good throughput.
I transfer a 5200MB's file, by SCP, between to servers on my LAN in 8:36 (84.5Kbps). Is that a good throughput?
To file transfering, How would a good throughput in a 100Mbps LAN? and in a 1000mbps LAN?

every LAN is different and throughput will vary depending on how things are connected, quality of the products, etc. I can only comment for my own LAN.

You might want to make sure compression is turned off when using SCP just in case there's a CPU bottleneck (could be disabled by default though), make the destination file /dev/null, use dd with /dev/zero as the source piped over ssh and... ah might as well use iperf?
Not sure about your maths there though, 5200MB in 8m36s seems more like 10MBps than 84.5Kbps...

3413MB in 3m27: 16MBps from cheap Dell laptop to local dev server's motherboard LAN port via Asus RT-AC66U switch - your servers must really suck if they are slower than that!!

I'm sorry. I wished say 84.5Mbps instead 84.5Kbps.
Likewise, the test's result you give me say that my LAN it isn't working very well.

84.5Mbps on a 100Mbps LAN port is not too bad. There is Ethernet overhead to account for so you will never see a perfect 100Mbps. I have seen as high as ~95Mbps but its pretty typical to only get ~90Mbps when nothing else is on the wire.
