Bandwidth Limiting and BGP

I have a customer via BGP that is advertising 5 Class C ranges. Filtering traffic via their gateway address isn't limiting their traffic.

How would I limit 5 different class C ranges with one queue so that a 5Mbps/2Mbps speed applies to all IP ranges?

/queue simple add target-address=<1st range>,<second range>, ... max-limit=5M/2M

Thank you for your help. That doesn't work in 2.8, is this a 2.9 feature?

for 2.8 use queue tree + mangle

upgrade to 2.9.x for advanced features of queue simple
