does anyone had some luck, connecting Windows XP Clients via IPSec to RouterOS system?

I have a box with RouterOS connected to a cable modem with static IP, this is my VPN endpoint.

On the other side, there a some Windows XP users, connecting from home-office etc. they all have dynamic IPs and are connected through DSL routers (Netgear, Linksys, ...).

Is there a HOWTO or something available that shows me some configuration examples? Is the missing NAT-T an issue in my scenario?

Thanks in advance for any help, I feel a little bit lost in the docs.
