how install IP/Traffic Flow and how i install ntop program on win7 and work with mikrotik ???!!!

netflow is just a protocol no specific 'trick' to getting it to work with Mikrotik specifically. Follow normal guides on setting up your favourite netflow collector/analyser, then just go to ip->traffic flow in winbox, choose the interface to export for, and create a target with your netflow servers IP and make sure its on the right port.
