Can I transfer a L-4 from one groove to another? (In general, between any routerboard?)

I purchase a L-4 only two months ago to create an hotspot AP from an groove that actually came back from RMA due failing ethernet port.
After 3 weeks working the port failed again (no, not the same situation, other setup, other location) so now we need to replace it urgently but I only have L-3 grooves.

Since the purchase key on that failing unit is no use to me I was wondering I anybody knows if, and how, I can transfer the key to the other new unit?

You may ask in mikrotik acount for an replacement code (10$) only if you bought the licence from their online shop.
