Recently we have bought 4 CCR1036-8G-2S+ from mikrotik.
Since yesterday we have an issue with BGP and contacted their support. but there has been no reply from them for almost 24 hours now.
How long does it take for mikrotik support to answer an email ? does anyone has any experience ?
If these guys want to be successful, they should understand after sales support is so important.
