Hi, I'm using UM and i'm try to limit my wireless customers's download rate to 200K for upload and download. I did this:



The issue is here that with non limited users, you have download rate for 300KB but with limited user you would have 100KB (for example - mean that it's lower from non limited users) download rate. what should i do if i wanna give them 200KB at least (CIR) and if there bandwidth is free they have 250KB download rate?

any idea?
