Just a quick sanity check before I open a ticket with support.
I have a mAP2n running ROS 6.27 which opens an L2TP tunnel to an LNS. The LNS pushes IPv6 down the tunnel. The mAP2n doesn't give the L2TP interface a link local address and adding any IPv6 routes just shows as the interface is unreachable.
I have a RB2011 running RPS 6.27 configured in the same way. This does have a link-local on the L2TP interface and IPv6 routes work fine.
The only difference I can see is that the mAP2n creates the L2TP tunnel over a wireless link and the RB2011 uses an Ethernet link.
Am I missing something? Why doesn't the mAP2n put a link-local address on the L2TP interface?
