I am hosting a LAN Party in a few weeks. For the event we have a 100/100 connection.
Now i want to implement a system where everybody gets an equal amount of mb's.
But if some one is not using its mb's it will be divided over the other people.

So the goal is that everybody can at least use for example: 10Mb.
And i dont want to waste mb's is for example someone is not using his.

I hope you can help me out.
And sorry if my english is not great, it is not my native language

Go to Queue->queue type
Add Name=Q2 Kind=pcq rate=2M

then go to queue->Simple queue
Add Target=x.x.x.x/x
Advanced Set target upload and target download and set queue type=Q2

You need a Pcq queue.

If you not set the rate, if ther is just one pc, it will get the maximum from the parent queue. If you have two... You will get the halt for each one.

If you set the rate, is the same but each Pc won't get more than RATE param.
