Hi all,

I presently Im using the transparent webproxy on Mikrotik but unfortunately everything that appears to the outside world is reflecting only IP of proxy machine. Is there a rule I can add to make Public IPs from other routers or clients to reflect on the internet but still go through the proxy?

No, there is no such rule (only disabling proxy).
