As far as I know, that is not possible, because Tile-GX 16 and 36 only have four XAUI interfaces available on their mPIPE engine, each of them can either be used for 1x 10G, or 4x 1G interfaces, so the most you can get out of those are 2x 10G and 8x1G if you want 10G uplink redundancy. Incidentally, there's a CCR1036 that fits this specification, but it does not offer 1G SFP ports. The TileGX 72 (eg. in CCR1072) has eight XAUI interfaces and would theoretically be able to accommodate your wishes, but of course would be way more expensive. I would appreciate a CCR1072 with 4x10G SFP+ and 16x 1G SFP or alternatively 2/3x10G SFP+ and 24/32x SFP as well, but I don't think Mikrotik has any plans in that direction.
