Powering CCR1072 from -48v DC

Fri Oct 14, 2016 5:03 pm

I've sent multiple messages to support and started a thread in March and I haven't gotten an answer. Now it's getting down to crunch time because I have to upgrade my router in our data center. I would really like to use the CCR1072 but unless I can find a reliable, professional way to power it I am going to have to go a different route. So I am asking again if someone from mikrotik can respond so we can try to come up with a solution.

I don't care if you respond here or to my support ticket but please respond!

Mikrotik, it's not like I'm wasting your time by asking a bunch of questions on a $50 router. I spent a couple grand on this thing, a little bit of support wouldn't kill you!

Can you at least give me the power supply pinouts?

You can always take a multimeter and measure which pin is ground and which is not.
