check paints specificiations. aside being neutral chemically, environment and weather -resistant(including UV impact, rain, snow, ice, etc), it may be alteast moderately biologically-neutral/safe.
also part of specificication about radio transparency - usually not part of "basic" specificiation of paint, tend to be put into (short/compact)specification on can itself. so you must ask them (phone, e-mail) about "full scale data-sheet abot performance of their pait of desired colors, environment-resistance, etc" - stuff.
some paints are quite "army swiss knife", eg really resistant, not cause much radio loss, not toxic and not look awful or attractive, but they (sometimes)tend to be complicated and time-consuming to deploy.
