There's no switch like that yet.
CRS317-1G-16S+ is the closest one, it was announced at EU17 MUM
- 16 SFP+ ports
- Next generation switching chip
- Wire speed for all 10GbE ports
- Hardware-based Spanning Tree Protocol
- Dual boot SwOS or RouterOS
However, and specially in your scenario (switched fiber deployment) I would not forget the https://routerboard.com/CRS212-1G-10S-1SplusIN
(10xSFP and 1xSFP+)
It may not have all the desired ports, but is a "balanced design" in the sense of SFP to SFP+ ratio, which can be strategically deployed nearer the customers side for shorter fiber runs to the 10 SFP ports, running the longer SFP+ uplinks towards your POP aggregation switch or router.
Three CRS212 will provide 30xSFP, 3x1G and 3xSFP+ for less of what a single ignitek runs, and will allow to place each them strategically closer to the customers.
On the POP, you can use either the upcoming CRS317, or use in combination with CCRs which offer the needed SFP/SFP+ ports for the task.
